Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant to play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Financials modules within a dynamic, global organization. This individual will serve as a key contributor in optimizing financial processes across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and other core FICO components. With deep expertise in multi-ledger accounting, integration with cross-functional systems, and a strong understanding of financial business processes, the consultant will ensure seamless financial operations, accurate reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in skilled services or distribution environments, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and support SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Product Costing, and Inter-company Accounting
Lead financial closing processes and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across multiple legal entities and ledgers
Configure and maintain integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP) as well as non-SAP systems
Provide domain expertise in multi-ledger accounting, cost center/element accounting, project system, and COPA
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate financial requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex financial system issues with a focus on root cause analysis and long-term resolution
Support end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects from design through post-go-live support
Act as an individual contributor, managing multiple priorities and deliverables with minimal supervision
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support
