Job description
The Team:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Expert to join our cutting-edge team at HITACHI VANTARA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions, providing technical leadership, and mentoring junior developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust applications.

The Role:

and implementation of highly complex software modules and complete applications, adhering to architectural guidelines and best practices.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of technical requirements, identify potential challenges, and propose innovative and efficient solutions.
* Develop high-quality, well-documented, and maintainable code in accordance with established coding standards and security protocols.
* Perform thorough code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to design specifications.
* Mentor and guide junior and mid-level software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
