Accountabilities:




The Workforce and Compensation Data Analyst will support compensation strategy, workforce analytics, and organizational design efforts by delivering accurate analysis, reporting, and insights to support business and leadership decisions.
Conduct compensation benchmarking, market pricing analysis, and salary data reviews to support competitive compensation practices.
Support annual compensation review cycles, including data preparation, analysis, and recommendations.
Assist with the development, maintenance, and evaluation of salary structures and compensation frameworks.
Analyze workforce trends, organizational effectiveness metrics, and employee data to identify insights and opportunities.
Support job architecture, job leveling, and career framework initiatives.
Conduct workforce analytics and organizational modeling to support strategic planning.
