RPA Developer Role Description: UiPath

UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator), Google Cloud Platform, App Script, GitLab
Kanban oriented workflow
Current team of four developers (3.5 FTE)
RPA Developer (UiPath)
Focus: Automation Architecture, Development, and Support.
Role Description
Automation Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions mainly using UiPath Studio to automate recruitment, mid- and back-office processes.
System Integration: Create automations to bridge data between systems (SAP, Salesforce, Google Workspace, legacy) or portals where integration is not feasible.
Support: Act as the proactive supporter for bot failures, selector refactoring, and process exceptions.
Infrastructure Monitoring: Monitoring of UiPath Orchestrator logs and mail alerts; identify and resolve transaction failures, credential issues, or workplace-related bottlenecks.
Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintain the development and production environments with software updates and security patches
Documentation & Governance: Create and maintain PDD (Process Definition) and SDD (Solution Design) documentation together with Process Analysts; support version control and deployments vi
