scanO is an AI-powered oral health screening platform that helps dental clinics improve patient education, treatment acceptance, and preventive care. We work closely with dentists, clinics, and healthcare partners across multiple markets.

We are looking for an Inbound Sales Executive who will handle first-level conversations with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain the scanO product, and qualify leads for the next stage of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads received through calls, campaigns, website enquiries, referrals, and other channels.

Conduct Level 1 calls with prospective customers, primarily doctors and dental professionals.

Understand the prospect’s practice requirements, challenges, and reason for enquiry.

Explain scanO’s product features, applications, and value proposition clearly and confidently.

Identify the prospect’s interest level,



business potential, decision-making authority, and expected timeline.

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and hand over suitable opportunities to the senior sales or product demonstration team.

Schedule product demonstrations, follow-up calls, and meetings for qualified prospects.

Maintain accurate lead information, call notes, follow-up dates, and status updates in the CRM.

Follow up consistently with interested prospects to ensure timely movement through the sales funnel.

Achieve daily and monthly targets related to calls, lead qualification, demo scheduling, and conversions.

Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to share customer feedback and common queries.

Develop a strong understanding of scanO’s product, use cases, and new features.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in BA, B.Com, BBA, or a related discipline.
