Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with expertise in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)



to gather business requirements, design ServiceNow TPRM solutions, and support implementation across the third-party lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, risk teams, security, procurement, and ServiceNow technical teams to deliver scalable governance, risk, and compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow TPRM implementations.
Conduct workshops with Procurement, Vendor Management, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Risk teams.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
