Overview: We are seeking a agile and experienced individual to join our team as an Process Optimization Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading initiatives to streamline and improve Global HR processes, ultimately enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience across the organization in line with company policies and compliance.
About this role:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of current HR processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Develop and implement strategies to streamline HR processes, reduce redundancy, and eliminate inefficiencies. Collaborate with HR leaders, department heads, and key stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, and align process improvement initiatives with organizational goals. Lead cross-functional teams to redesign and standardize HR processes, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions. Utilize data analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR processes and track progress towards optimization goals.



Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and implement HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Develop training programs and resources to educate HR staff and managers on updated processes and procedures. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to HR processes and compliance.
Key responsibilities
Process Design and Implementation (Levels 2-5):
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and identify opportunities to optimize processes to align with strategic objectives.
Develop and implement People processes at various levels (L2-L5), ensuring they are scalable and adaptable to different regions/ business units, are facilitated by technology, and optimise employee experiences.
Create process documentation and guidelines, ensuring clarity and consistency across all locations (including updating and maintaining processes on ARIS)
