Accountabilities




The Software Craftsperson will take ownership of feature development and contribute to building reliable software products through disciplined engineering practices and close collaboration.
Own feature-level design, development, testing, and delivery across backend and frontend applications.
Build clean, maintainable, and scalable software using modern engineering principles and best practices.
Develop backend services using Java while applying solid object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
Create responsive and scalable frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript.
Participate in product teams that manage the full development lifecycle, from technical decisions to production delivery.
Apply Extreme Programming practices such as pair programming, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and test-first development.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business and user needs.
