The Lead,



Service Parts Operations and Global Logistics leads the development and execution of a global service parts ecosystem supporting advanced semiconductor and scientific instrumentation customers.
This role is responsible for ensuring next-day availability of critical spare parts, while optimizing inventory investment, logistics efficiency, and overall service performance. The position blends strategic planning and hands-on execution, driving measurable improvements in uptime, customer satisfaction, and working capital efficiency.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Network Optimization
Define and implement a global service parts strategy aligned to uptime, speed, and cost objectives
Design and optimize a multi-echelon distribution network (forward stocking, regional depots, central hubs) to enable rapid fulfillment
Establish segmentation models (criticality, demand behavior, supply risk) to drive stocking policies
Forecasting & Inventory Planning
