Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Director to lead Marketing Partnerships and Brand Solutions & Integrations for our Streaming Specials portfolio on JioHotstar. Think of the role as the architect of how the platform's IP travels into the wider world — engineering the bridges that carry our shows out of platform media and into culture, commerce, and high-engagement consumer ecosystems, while also building the commercial structures that bring brands into the content itself.

This is a dual-mandate leadership role. On one side, it owns the partnerships charter — securing and scaling high-impact brand, platform, and institutional collaborations that extend reach and unlock earned and partner media. On the other, it oversees the brand solutions and integrations engine, ensuring sponsor and advertiser objectives are translated cleanly into content without compromising show integrity.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships & Charter Ownership




Define and own the Partnerships charter for the Streaming Specials portfolio — setting a transparent framework for which strategies are most impactful to pursue, rather than operating reactively to incoming requirements.
Secure and scale high-impact brand collaborations that extend show reach beyond platform media into consumer ecosystems (e.g., fintech, tech, lifestyle, and consumer platforms).
Build multi-brand and institutional partnerships that align contextually with show themes to unlock earned and partner media at scale.
Negotiate co-branded campaigns, IP-led films, and media inventory sharing that deliver both direct revenue and amplified media value.
Identify scalable opportunities that balance creativity with commercial impact, strengthening the platform's positioning as a premium, culturally relevant entertainment destination.
Brand Solutions & Integrations Oversight
Oversee the end-to-end brand integration lifecycle — from pitch to closure to on-air execution — across marquee fiction and non-fiction IP, leading a
