Technical Support & Service Manager – ESS / BESS
The Technical Support & Service Manager – ESS/BESS is responsible for leading technical support, service strategy, lifecycle management, and field service operations for Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The role serves as a key interface between Sales, Business Development, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service Partners to ensure reliable product performance, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term business sustainability.

Sales & Pre-Sales Technical Support
Provide technical support to sales activities by participating in customer discussions, technical audits, and site assessments. Evaluate ESS/BESS application suitability across diverse customer segments, support risk assessment related to performance and service commitments, recommend SLA and AMC frameworks, spare parts strategies, and mitigation plans, while enabling sales teams through technical training on product capabilities, limitations, performance expectations,



and operational best practices.

Business Development & Recent Market Support
Evaluate new ESS/BESS applications and market opportunities from a serviceability perspective, define service readiness requirements, identify capability gaps, support pilot projects, provide lifecycle cost (TCO) inputs, and translate field learnings into scalable service strategies and processes.

Product Engineering, Sourcing & R&D; Collaboration
Collaborate with Engineering, R&D;, and Sourcing teams by providing field performance insights, failure analysis, and service feedback; support component validation, supplier evaluations, spare parts planning, warranty alignment, and product compliance and certification activities.

Supply Chain, Logistics & Spare Parts Management
Lead spare parts planning, inventory optimization, demand forecasting, logistics coordination, vendor issue resolution, and reverse logistics while en
