Your New Role
The Global Operations Incident Management Consultant role manages and tracks,
from detection to prioritisation and restoration service impacting and Security incidents. The role is the focal point for Technology, Security & Business Communication during the life of a Major Incident or Situation Management Incident.
Monitoring critical systems for impacts, performance degradation, risk events, or abnormal service performance.
Detecting, prioritising and coordinating the restoration of service impacting incidents.
Facilitating response to major Security incidents including but not limited to Data Breach, Cyber event, Fraud.
Manage executive/stakeholder communications and engagement of business continuity processes for large scale and pervasive technology/security incidents (both written and verbal communications required).
Tracking of high-risk change to ensure:
Changes do not collide with unexpected active incidents within the Technology setting.
