Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and experienced AGM – Interior Design to lead the interior design

function for our luxury residential and high-rise projects. The role will be responsible for

conceptualizing, planning, and executing world-class interior designs while ensuring alignment

with project timelines, budgets, and the brand's design philosophy.

The ideal candidate will possess strong design sensibilities, technical expertise, project

management capabilities, and proven leadership experience in luxury residential interiors.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design Leadership

Lead the end-to-end interior design process from concept development to project

handover.

Develop cutting-edge, functional, and aesthetically superior interior design solutions for

luxury residential projects.

Ensure consistency with the company's design standards and brand identity.

Project Design & Execution

Review and approve design concepts, layouts, material specifications, furniture

selections, and detailed drawings.

Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, procurement,



and execution teams to

ensure seamless implementation.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure design quality and adherence to approved

specifications.

Vendor & Consultant Management

Manage external interior consultants, design agencies, and specialized vendors.
Evaluate materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor selections.
Negotiate with vendors to achieve optimum quality and commercial value.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop the Interior Design team.
Allocate resources, monitor project progress, and ensure timely delivery.
Foster a collaborative and innovation-driven work culture.

Quality & Innovation

Drive innovation by incorporating global design trends, sustainable materials, and

modern construction practices.

Ensure superior quality, functionality, and customer experience across all projects.
