What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs. Support end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple rounds – HR, technical,



and leadership panels – under guidance. Coordinate with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to align availability across time zones and locations. Handle calendar management, interview invites, reminders, and rescheduling with speed and accuracy. Help ensure smooth execution of interviews – virtual meeting links, meeting rooms, and panel readiness. Assist in coordinating assessments – online / offline, case studies, tests – and track completion. Talent Acquisition involves identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. This includes creating job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The goal is to fill positions with the best talent efficiently.
