Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
The BMS System Test/Validation Engineer deployed for the customer projects will support Battery Management System (BMS) testing, validation, commissioning, and system performance analysis. This role focuses on laboratory and field verification of BMS functionality, safety, reliability, and compliance with system requirements and industry standards. The engineer will develop and execute test plans, analyze system performance, support certification activities, and provide commissioning support through system integration, troubleshooting,



root-cause analysis, and issue resolution to ensure successful deployment and operation of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute BMS validation and verification testing at cell, module, pack, and system levels.
Perform functional, performance, fault-injection, environmental, and stress testing of BMS features.
Analyze test and field data to evaluate SOC, SOH, SOP, cell balancing, fault detection, protection functions, and overall system performance.
Develop, review, and maintain test plans, test procedures, validation reports, and requirements traceability.
Support testing activities at internal laboratories and external certification laboratories (UL, IEC, CSA).
Collaborate with hardware, software, systems, manufacturing, and supplier teams to debug issues and drive corrective actions.
