Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time hybrid role based in Bengaluru North, with some flexibility for work from home. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of clients seeking real estate advisory services, understanding their requirements,



and recommending suitable residential and commercial property options. The Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as banks, legal advisors, and developers to ensure smooth transactions and timely updates. Daily responsibilities include conducting property consultations, explaining investment and exit strategies, handling client queries, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up on leads from various channels. The role also involves participating in site visits, supporting documentation and compliance processes, and contributing to business development initiatives by nurturing long-term client relationships.
