What would you do? Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple rounds – HR, technical, and leadership panels. Coordinate with candidates, interviewers,



and hiring managers to align availability across time zones and locations. Handle calendar management, interview invites, reminders, and rescheduling with speed and accuracy. Ensure smooth execution of interviews – virtual meeting links, meeting rooms, and panel readiness. Coordinate assessments – online / offline, case studies, tests – and track completion to closure Talent Acquisition involves identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. This includes creating job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The goal is to fill positions with the best talent efficiently. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is essential for building a robust and capable workforce.
