Job Summary:

As an Instructional Designer for Digital Learning Content, you will be responsible for designing and developing outcome-driven digital learning solutions across eLearning and instructor-led training formats for enterprise clients. Your typical day will involve creating instructional content using Storyline 360, Rise 360, and PowerPoint, translating complex client content into learner-friendly modules aligned to business outcomes, and collaborating with SMEs, project teams, and stakeholders to define learning objectives and ensure content accuracy.



You will also apply instructional and visual design principles, support continuous improvement, and use AI-enabled tools to improve content development efficiency and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and develop digital learning solutions across eLearning and instructor-led training formats for enterprise clients.

Create engaging, structured instructional content using Storyline 360, Rise 360, and PowerPoint.

Translate complex client content into learner-friendly modules aligned to business outcomes.

Develop eLearning courses, ILT materials, facilitator guides, and instructional video content.

Collaborate with SMEs, project teams, and stakeholders to define learning objectives and ensure content accuracy.

Apply strong instructional and visual design principles to enhance learner engagement and effectiveness.

Support continuous improvement of learning assets based on feedback, analytics, and client
