What would you do? Ensure accurate, quick, first-time-right activation of telecom services from order receipt to service go-live, minimizing fallout and rework.
What are we looking for?
Telecom products: MPLS, DIA, SD-WAN, Voice,
Wireless
Network fundamentals: IP, VLANs, bandwidth, routing concepts
Order Management & Provisioning systems (Amdocs/ Netcracker / ServiceNow)
Strong understanding of activation workflows
Excel / data analysis (validation & reconciliation)
KPls:
Order cycle time (TAT)
Fallout rate
First-time-right activation %
Rework reduction ServiceNow Order Management
Inventory systems exposure
Understanding of network configs (read-level)
Automation mindset (workflow improvement)
