Audit Manager (Team Lead)

Location: Hubli, Karnataka (Travel Required)

We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager (Team Lead) to lead audit assignments, manage audit teams, and ensure timely completion of audits while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise audit assignments across multiple client locations.
- Plan audit schedules and allocate tasks to team members.
- Review audit work and ensure compliance with statutory and professional standards.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior audit team members.
- Coordinate with clients and maintain effective communication throughout audit engagements.
- Prepare audit reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Travel across Karnataka, Maharashtra, Goa, and Gujarat as required.





Requirements

- B.Com, CA Inter, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in audit, preferably in a CA firm.
- Experience in leading and managing audit teams is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of auditing, accounting, and taxation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Willingness to travel frequently.

Salary ₹3.0 – ₹4.2 LPA
