PQE - 2 to 8 years Expertise in the Corporate Practice :

- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Private Equity
- Venture Capital
- Buyouts/ Investments
- End to end Strategies
- Strong technical, due diligence, drafting, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
