Our dept harmoniously cross functions to deliver on time and accurate payout every time. We also maintain regulatory reports as required by regulatory bodies on intervals.
What are we looking for?
A potential candidate who identify
- The candidate should be have good communication/excel skill
- Should have prior experience in Life insurance. Must know the Life Asia.
- Past experience in policy servicing team will be added advantage
What does the job entail?
- Processing of financial & Policy servicing transaction within defined TAT
- 100% adherence to quality in processing financial & Policy servicing transaction.
- Preparation of MIS, suspense analysis & Coordination with IT for technical issue cases.
- Manage the email queries which received on the generic mail ID.
- Internal stakeholder management with resolving their queries.
Essential conditions:
- Education: Graduation
- Work exp:1+ years
- skills: Positive in Excel, data management and effective communication skills.
