Senior Associate, Communications & Marketing Job Category: Lead Job Type: Full Time Salary Range: 5.1-₹5.3 lakh per annum Reporting to: Manager, Communications & Marketing Employment Type: Full time Compensation Monthly In-hand Salary: ₹35,000 per month Approximate Annual CTC: ₹5.1-₹5.3 lakh per annum This role does not include performance-linked variable pay.

Hybrid work arrangement About The Role We are looking for a Senior Associate, Communications & Marketing to support the execution of One Future Collective’s communications and marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role responsible for creating engaging content across digital platforms, supporting campaigns, maintaining the organisation’s website, and ensuring consistent communication of our work. You will work closely with programme teams, consultants, designers, and external partners to translate complex ideas into accessible and engaging content.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, storytelling, digital communications, and visual content creation. You should be comfortable managing multiple deadlines, adapting content for different audiences, and contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a growing organisation, we are looking for someone who is organised, creative, proactive, and excited to experiment with new communication formats and digital tools.

Key Requirements Educational Qualifications A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in communications, journalism, marketing, media, English, design, public relations, or another relevant field is preferred.

A Master’s degree is not required for this role. Please note that a Master’s degree does not substitute for the required full-time work experience. We assess candidates based on demonstrated professional experience, skills, and the ability to perform the responsibilities of this role.

Experience Applicants must have:



At least 1 year of relevant full-time professional experience in communications, marketing, journalism, content development, social media management, or related fields.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Experience managing organisational social media platforms.

Experience using Canva to create digital communication materials.

Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Express, Canva, or similar platforms.

Experience updating and maintaining websites using content management systems.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience working within the social impact, nonprofit, education, consulting, or development sector will be considered an advantage.

Roles And Responsibilities Content Development Develop content for social media platforms, newsletters, blogs, websites, reports, publications, and campaigns.

Adapt content for different audiences while maintaining consistency in organisational messaging and tone.

Proofread and edit communication materials before publication.

Support programme teams in communicating research, learning resources, consulting engagements, and organisational updates.

Social

Media and Digital Communications Manage the day-to-day execution of organisational social media platforms.

Develop and maintain content calendars across communication channels.

Schedule, publish,



and monitor social media content.

Track audience engagement and identify opportunities to improve digital reach. Design and Multimedia Design social media creatives, presentations, and communication materials using Canva.

Produce simple visual assets for digital campaigns.

Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content for social media and organisational events.

Coordinate with external designers, photographers, and videographers where required. Website and Newsletter Management Update website content regularly to ensure information is accurate and current.

Publish blogs, reports, publications, and organisational updates.

Support the preparation and dissemination of newsletters and email campaigns.

Monitor website performance and report issues where necessary. Campaign and Event Support Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns.

Develop promotional materials for workshops, webinars, publications, and organisational events.

Coordinate communication timelines with programme teams and consultants.

Support documentation of events through written and visual content.

Communications Operations

Maintain communication assets and content repositories.

Track communication metrics and prepare basic performance reports.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of communication outputs.
