Role Overview The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing channel partners, and leading a sales team across the Bangalore region. The role involves developing market presence, achieving revenue targets, and strengthening relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and interior designers within the laminates segment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and drive sales operations for the assigned Bangalore territory.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the laminates segment.
- Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks.
- Build solid relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and key influencers.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and control of outstanding receivables.




- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Execute promotional activities, product launches, and branding initiatives in the region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical standards.
