We are looking for a Senior Architect with extensive experience in residential developments to lead the design and execution of high-rise housing projects in Mumbai. The role involves end-to-end responsibility from concept design to site execution, coordination with consultants and ensuring compliance with local development regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design for residential buildings including apartments, luxury housing and redevelopment projects.
Develop concepts, layouts, unit planning and façade designs optimized for Mumbai conditions.
Review and respond to authority comments and revisions.
Ensure design integration and resolve technical conflicts.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to design intent.
Address site-level technical issues and provide timely solutions.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Preferred Experience
8–15 years (with solid residential project experience)
•Proven experience in high-rise residential and redevelopment projects.
Experience working with Mumbai developers and approval processes.
Exposure to luxury residential or large township projects is an advantage.
Education
Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Architecture (M. Arch).
Registration with Council of Architecture (COA).
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
Knowledge of Revit/BIM preferred.
