Pay Range: Basic pay ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on profile), plus allowances and performance bonuses.

Role Description

As our Senior Architect, you will directly shape a diverse and expanding portfolio at SAK Designs. You will take the design lead on multiple high-end residential projects ranging from 2,000 to 7,500 sqft, alongside a major 30,000 sqft commercial development. This on-site role places you at the center of our collaborative studio culture, where you will drive tailored, sustainable design solutions from initial concept to meticulous final execution.

The Senior Architect leads architectural projects from concept through completion in a full-time, on-site role.



Key responsibilities include:

Developing innovative design concepts and delivering detailed drawings and construction documentation.

Coordinating submittals and ensuring strict compliance with local building codes and project specs.

Collaborating closely with internal design teams, engineers, consultants, and contractors to manage schedules, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth delivery.

Conducting site visits to verify design integrity, maintain quality control, and maintain effective communication with construction teams.

Participating in client meetings to present design solutions and provide regular progress updates.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from an accredited institution.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant qualified experience as a Senior Architect or in a similar leadership role.

Design & Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience in architectural design, concept development, detail drafting, and construction documentation.

Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or equivalent tools.

Project Management: Proven ability to lead design teams, manage resources, coordinate submittals, and deliver projects on schedule.

Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Kerala building codes, zoning bylaws, and local approval processes.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, client presentation skills, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.**
