About the Role EBD Groups is looking for an experienced and talented Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of architectural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architectural design, planning, and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Develop design concepts, presentations, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project phases.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior architects and other design team members.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to maintain project objectives.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM workflows, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Knowledge of sustainable architecture, green building practices, and energy-efficient design standards.
