We're looking for a Senior Analytics Specialist with strong expertise in Power BI and Snowflake to join our growing analytics team. If you have hands-on experience designing enterprise-grade BI solutions, optimizing data models, and delivering high-performance dashboards, we'd love to connect with you.
What You'll Do:
- Design and develop enterprise-level dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Build scalable data models and create advanced DAX calculations.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and analytics solutions within Snowflake.
- Design data warehouse solutions using Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
- Build ETL/ELT pipelines and optimize report and database performance.
- Configure Power BI Gateways, scheduled refreshes, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Partner with data engineers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI and Analytics.
- Solid expertise in:
- Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Report Optimization)
- Snowflake (Architecture, Performance Tuning, Data Sharing)
- Advanced SQL (CTEs, Window Functions, Query Optimization)
- Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, and BI best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power Apps is a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
