Roles and Responsibility:

- Design, implement, and manage on-premises Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) integrated with Microsoft Entra ID, including Entra ID Connect, multi-forest/multi-domain environments, PKI, and disaster recovery solutions.

- Administer and secure Microsoft Entra ID services, including MFA, SSPR, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Password less Authentication, Azure SSO, and App Registrations (SAML/OIDC).

- Ensure the health, security, and compliance of the Active Directory and PKI infrastructure through monitoring, performance management, LAPS administration, patching, reporting, and domain-level security policy enforcement.

- Provide end-to-end operational support for Directory Services, handling incidents, requests, problem management, escalations, technical documentation, and service delivery while meeting defined SLAs and ITSM best practices.
