Responsibility
Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM & MAM)
Proven experience in SCCM (Configuration Manager) administration
Hands-on experience with SCCM to Intune migration / Co-Management
Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 endpoint management
Experience with Windows Autopilot
Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM)
Experience managing:
Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
Win32, LOB, Store, and Web applications
Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD)
Experience with:
Device compliance policies
Configuration profiles
Security baselines
Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills
Experience with incident and problem management
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
