What would you do? The Learning & Development Content is responsible for developing learning content based on detailed design specifications and established instructional standards.



The role supports the creation of effective learning assets across digital, virtual, and instructor-led formats, ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives. This role works under moderate supervision and collaborates closely with instructional designers, graphics, and technology teams.

What are we looking for?

Relevant years of experience in content writing, learning content development, or a related role
Experience in a Learning & Development or training environment preferred
Graduate in any discipline
Preferred: Degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Cognitive Psychology, English, Technical Writing, Communications, or related field
