Job Summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a skilled Audience Manager to build and manage audience segments for targeted marketing, leveraging data to drive personalization and relevance across lifecycle and activation channels.

The role focuses on developing segmentation frameworks, maintaining audience quality within CDP platforms, and supporting campaign targeting strategies — ensuring data-driven, compliant, and high-performing audience execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design & Implement Audience Segmentation Frameworks: Develop structured segmentation methodologies to enable targeted and personalized marketing across channels.




Build & Manage Audience Segments in CDP: Translate campaign and lifecycle briefs into executable audience requirements; build, validate, and deploy segments across Salesforce CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, or equivalent tools.
Analyze Audience Insights & Behaviors: Conduct analysis on audience performance, behaviors, and overlap to surface actionable insights for marketing and strategy teams.
Support Campaign Targeting Strategy: Partner with lifecycle, activation, and creative teams to define targeting parameters and ensure accurate audience deployment.
Drive Audience Performance Optimization: Refine audience segments based on performance data; support experimentation audience setups to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
