Success in this role will be measured by your ability to balance user needs, business value, and technical feasibility while ensuring adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Define and own the product vision, roadmap,



and success metrics for applications in Manufacturing Operations.
Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, epics, and user stories.
Drive prioritization of features, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term product strategy.
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring usability, adoption, and value creation.
Partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable, integrated, and performant solutions.
Monitor product performance and usage metrics, identify areas for optimization, and drive continuous improvements.
Own and drive stakeholder alignment, managing competing priorities across business units.
Mentor and guide junior product/BA resources in product management practices.
