Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Manager – Learning Advisor to lead end-to-end academic operations across multiple learning programs. The role will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence through effective freelancer hiring faculty onboarding, resource planning, scheduling, stakeholder management, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will drive seamless program execution, maintain high delivery standards,



and collaborate with internal teams and external academic talent to deliver exceptional learner experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end academic delivery operations across multiple learning programs.

Own the freelancer hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, contracting, and deployment of trainers, mentors, evaluators, and faculty.

Build and maintain a strong freelance talent pool to support current and future delivery requirements.

Plan faculty allocation, scheduling, and utilization to ensure timely and efficient program execution.

Monitor delivery quality, learner experience, and adherence to defined SLAs and quality standards.

Collaborate with curriculum, content, learner success, technology, and business teams to ensure seamless program delivery.

Track operational metrics, faculty performance, learner feedback, and delivery KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
