What would you do? The Learning Admin Associate is an entry-level role responsible for providing administrative and operational support to learning and development programs. The role focuses on coordinating training activities,



maintaining learning records, supporting learners and facilitators, and ensuring smooth execution of learning operations in alignment with organizational processes and compliance requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work with Learning Management Systems (LMS) – user/admin level
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
