Train & develop Team s Functional knowledge Administer Satisfaction surveys & General Support to Client employees and communication." This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions

What are we looking for? "Experience

Relevant years of HR Experience
Workforce administration experience( Job changes, exits, leave of absence etc) is requried
HR Domain certification would be a plus
Strong MS Office and Excel skills Experience supporting Australian clients, with specific exposure to the airline sector Knowledge of SuccessFactors EC module"
Any Graduate "
Excellent interpersonal skills - can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Solid customer orientation - high level of responsiven
