As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the system or application. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operation of world-class systems. This position requires attentiveness to client concerns, accurately identifying issues,



and designing appropriate resolutions by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of the product. The role demands dedication to sustaining system reliability and fostering solid client relationships through consistent support and problem-solving.

Lead the enterprise Business Ontology and Knowledge Graph capability. Own standards, governance controls, and adoption of the semantic layer that ensures consistent business meaning, interoperability, AI readiness, and Policy compliance across data products and domains.

Roles & Responsibilities:
