Job Summary

You will help clients translate business and user needs into digitally enabled commerce solutions. The role requires a consultative techno-functional Business Analyst who can work independently in client-facing engagements, connect business objectives with platform capabilities, and enable delivery teams through explicit requirements, backlog readiness and stakeholder alignment.

Roles And Responsibilities

Lead the Business Analysis workstream for eCommerce delivery, owning BA approach, requirement governance, quality standards and stakeholder alignment.
Partner with client Product Owners, business sponsors,



solution architects and delivery leads to shape scope, roadmap and prioritization decisions.
Run senior stakeholder workshops to frame business problems, define outcomes, identify value levers and align on implementation approach.
Guide as-is/to-be process design, capability mapping, gap analysis, backlog strategy and release scoping across multiple functional areas.
Build/review epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications
Identify solution options and make recommendations that balance business value, user experience, platform constraints, delivery risk and technical complexity.
Own requirements traceability, change impact analysis and decision management across discovery, inception, construction, UAT and release.
Lead cross-functional ceremonies involving client business users, product owners, UX, architecture, engineering, QA, data/integration and program management.
