About the Role
We are hiring Sales Representatives for a leading private sector bank in Thane, Mumbai. If you have experience in telecalling or sales and are looking to build a rewarding career in the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) industry, this is a great opportunity.
The role involves promoting banking products, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell banking products and services.
Generate leads through telecalling and customer interactions.
Convert prospects into customers by understanding their financial needs.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.




Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation completed (Mandatory).
1+ year of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Banking, BFSI, or Financial Services.
Fluent English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Age: Up to 32 years.
Good interpersonal, communication, and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
