About the Team:
The Associate Productivity, Collaboration, and Content (APCC) team supports Walmart’s global workforce by solving business problems requiring automation and intelligent workflows.



APCC empowers associates to build custom AI agents using a pro-code approach—leveraging Python and Java skills for maximum flexibility and integration.
By adopting agent development kits (ADK) and DX Starter Kits, engineers can scaffold production-grade agents and MCP servers with built-in observability, security, and seamless integration with Walmart’s LLM Gateway and internal platforms. This approach enables rapid prototyping and robust automation, allowing teams to solve complex business challenges with tailored agentic solutions.
APCC drives efficiency by enabling associates to access essential knowledge and tools, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement in software development and solution design across the enterprise.
