? Key Responsibilities? Customer Experience & Relationship Management

First Impressions: Warmly greet and welcome all clients, policyholders, and visitors with a professional and reassuring demeanor. ??

Query Resolution: Assist walk-in customers with basic policy information, premium payments, and service requests promptly. ??

Escalation Handling: Handle customer grievances tactfully and route complex inquiries to the appropriate department/manager. ??

? Front Desk Operations & Communication





Call Management: Manage central incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and convey transparent messages to concerned teams. ☎️?

Visitor Logs: Maintain digital/physical visitor registers, issue security badges, and ensure security compliance. ??

Mail & Courier Management: Oversee incoming and outgoing courier shipments, official mail distribution, and office correspondence. ✉️?

?️ Administrative & Facility Support

Meeting & Boardroom Scheduling: Coordinate conference room bookings, organize hospitality for executive meetings, and set up client presentations. ?☕

Vendor & Supplies Oversight: Monitor inventory of front-office supplies, brochures, forms, and coordinate with vendors to maintain office standards. ??️

Branch Coordination: Support the Branch Operations Lead with daily admin workflows, attendance logs, and records maintenance. ??
