What would you do? What are the key objectives and expectations from this role? The Social Ops Executive is the primary, hands-on executor responsible for ensuring the seamless, compliant,



and timely delivery of social media content across all assigned markets. This role manages the full operational pipeline, including technical publishing, content calendar implementation, foundational analytics reporting, and essential account governance. The Executive is expected to act as the operational bridge, translating strategy into error-free execution while proactively identifying and escalating performance issues and technical risks. What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization? This role is critical for operational reliability and brand safety. By owning the execution and QA processes, the Executive directly impacts the integrity of the content schedule and prevents costly publishing errors or compliance breaches. They ensure data integrity by accurately tagging all content and provide the foundational performance insights needed.
