The chance
Join our R&D; Product Development team and help validate the next generation of power conversion and control systems. You will work in a cross-functional environment alongside design, control, embedded software, system engineering, and quality teams to ensure our products meet performance, reliability, and certification expectations.
In this role, you will validate hardware and control functions for power converters and energy storage applications. You will study system behavior under transient and fault conditions, support grid code compliance, and drive end-to-end traceability from requirements through to final validation reports. Your work directly shapes the robustness and certification readiness of products deployed in industrial and renewable energy applications.
To excel, you bring strong testing fundamentals,



hands-on experience with HIL systems and lab benches, and the analytical mindset needed to debug signals, logs, and waveforms. You are structured in your documentation, curious about new technologies, and motivated to automate what others would repeat manually.
You will grow by working on real prototypes and productized systems, contributing to test automation frameworks, and collaborating with global engineering teams. You will deepen your expertise across power electronics, control algorithms, and grid compliance while building a strong foundation in certification and quality processes.
