We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Life Sciences R&D;, supporting domains such as Clinical, Regulatory, and/or Patient Safety. The role is responsible for managing business requirements, change requests, and system enhancements across R&D; IT applications, ensuring effective translation of business needs into scalable, compliant solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences, hands on exposure to R&D; IT systems,



and proven ability to work closely with application configuration and support teams to coordinate the design, development, and delivery of system features and changes. Proficiency with change and delivery management tools such as Jira and ServiceNow is essential.

Must Have Skills: Life Sciences BA Experience with Minimum of 5 years in Life Sciences R&D;, supporting domains such as Clinical, Regulatory, and/or Patient Safety is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end to end requirements management, including enhancements, defect fixes, and change requests

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, application configuration teams, and support teams

Coordinate the development, testing, and delivery of features and system changes

Support prioritization, impact assessment, and traceability of requirements across R&D; systems

Manage and track changes using Jira and ServiceNow
