Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate meaningful insights.
Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting within enterprise resource planning systems
