Job Description
End-to-End Process Management Oversee the entire I2C cycle: billing/invoicing, credit approvals, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application. Ensure timely and accurate customer billing and cash posting. Monitor accounts receivable aging and drive initiatives to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding). 2. Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and mentor a team of I2C professionals including team leads and process associates. Define clear KPIs, monitor team performance, and conduct regular reviews. Build team capabilities through training and professional development plans. 3.
