We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll & Operations Specialist to join our HR Operations team in Pune, India. This role acts as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing expert support on HR policies, processes, payroll administration, and employee queries through Ask HR channels. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end payroll activities, collaborate with stakeholders and third-party payroll providers, support audits, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and help ensure a high-quality employee experience while maintaining compliance and accuracy.What you’ll do
