About the Role
We are looking for a highly technical SEO qualified to own the performance, health, and optimization of our public websites. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly in WordPress, improving technical SEO, implementing code changes, and ensuring our websites deliver exceptional performance for both search engines and users.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll be responsible for the technical foundation that drives our organic growth. You'll own website performance, technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, structured data, site architecture, indexing, crawlability, and ongoing website improvements. You'll also help optimize our visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences.
Our solutions help organizations improve operations using Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, workflow automation, AI-powered business solutions, and help desk technologies.
What You'll DoWebsite Ownership & WordPress Development
Own the technical health and ongoing optimization of our WordPress websites.




Implement website enhancements using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP within WordPress.
Build and modify landing pages, templates, page layouts, and reusable website components.
Manage plugins, theme updates, security best practices, and ongoing website maintenance.
Troubleshoot website issues, broken functionality, and technical bugs.
Improve page speed, accessibility, and user experience across desktop and mobile.
Collaborate with designers and marketers to implement new website functionality.
Technical SEO
Own all aspects of technical SEO across multiple websites.
Improve crawlability, indexation, internal linking, site architecture, and URL structure.
Implement and maintain structured data (Schema.org) to improve visibility in traditional and AI-powered search.
Monitor and resolve crawl errors, duplicate content, canonicalization issues, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and Core Web Vitals.
