We are an early-stage Consumer AI startup looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead and manage the company's finance, accounting, compliance, and strategic financial operations.
You'll be responsible for overseeing the complete finance function—from accounting, budgeting, taxation, and statutory compliance to MIS reporting, payroll, fundraising support, and financial planning. You'll work closely with the founders to build scalable financial processes that support rapid business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and can balance day-to-day financial operations with long-term strategic planning.

What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end finance and accounting operations of the company.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Develop financial models, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
Monitor company cash flow, working capital,



and financial health.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, reconciliations, and treasury operations.
Oversee payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, MCA, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, auditors, bankers, and legal advisors.
Support fundraising activities by preparing financial models, investor reports, due diligence documents, and data rooms.
Analyze business performance and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Build and improve internal financial controls, processes, and reporting systems.
Work closely with founders on pricing, budgeting, profitability, and business planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
