Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize team performance and solution quality.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
